Dear friends,
Please find enclosed a call for applications for the Training of Trainers for Human Rights Education with Young People.
This course builds on the experiences acquired through the Human Rights Education Youth Programme of the Directorate of Youth and Sport of the Council of Europe and aims to “develop the competences of the participants in working with human rights education at national and regional level and to enable them to act as trainers or facilitators of human rights education activities with young people based on non-formal learning approaches”.
The course will run from 1 March to 15 June, and its central activity is a training seminar to be held in Budapest from 30 March to 8 April 2009.
